Giles Trigg

Giles Trigg is author and creator of Scruff The Pooch.  As a trained accountant, writing is far from his usual day to day life.  In fact, he didn’t find his love of reading until he was 40.   You can’t beat a good adventure story to while away a dark evening. He began to write and publish his own children’s books about a dog called Scruff.

The response to Scruff continues to be amazing with families telling Giles how valuable Scruff is as an aid to learning to read. One lady even told me that, while her grandson always has The Tiger Who Came To Tea as a bedtime story… Scruff always comes first. That’s a bit of an accolade. Even the Prince & Princess of Wales have copies.
